White Springs Report Nov
14th
What a funny week it has been, with it being very wet and windy one day then bright and sunny the next. This is making the fish turn on and off the feed day by day. On the pleasure side of fishing we have been having reports of 50/60lb bags coming from the canals. Mark Jones fished peg 5 on the old canal for perch landing 9 the best being 4.2lb. On the pit David Williams fished a day session catching some nice 4lb bream and carp to over 10lb. Last Sundays match was on the new canal with a good turn out of over 20 anglers. But to despite the nice day the fish weren’t in the feeding mood, but some anglers did ok with Neil Daniels weighing in 38.2lb in 2nd place was Peter Williams with 36lb. On the specimen lake its been quite with Paul Austin from Cardiff landing 3 fish to 22lb. Visiting angler Mathew Rees from mid Wales fished peg 1 (old cabin) to land 4 fish to over 24.6lb. Last Wednesday saw the fishery stocking the specimen lake again with 20 of mark Simmons carp between 18/20lb. Don’t forget we have our special offer on to say thanks for your support through out the year with all full day tickets being half price until the 9th December.
