The match and canal lakes have seen some good weights coming out especially in the last few matches being held on them and on the other lakes the Pit has seen a few 15-18lb carp have come out , but the place to be has been on the Pleasure lake for the carp, bream and a couple of nice 3 1/2 lb perch even making a welcome show to the anglers there. On the Specimen side of Springs the lake has been quite slow due to length of time it was frozen for, however they are starting to make an appearance with a Angler from Brecon on his first visit pulling out a 24lb Mirror from the Point on a night time run and a couple of smaller chunks coming out as well.
