Not a bad week with bags of 100lb plus being recorded.
Mark Godhall from Pembroke Angling having the best with 137lb, while Pete Edwards from West Wales Angling weighing in with 94lb 3oz. Third was James Thorne with 85lb 4oz.
Other news from the fishery is that the pit is producing plenty of nice sized carp and bream.
The pleasure lake has provided some fun for the anglers as they tried to catch the golden orph which has been up in the water. One junior on the lake managed a 16lb common carp.
The Specimen lake has been producing again, this time with an 8lb yellow ghostie which has not been seen before.
Another angler who fished Megans corner landed 5 carp 3 to mid 20’s.
Gavin Wellington fished two nights on peg 4 (the soil shed) to land 5 carp, biggest taken from the corner at 25lb 3oz.
And last but not least, Ian (ziggy) from Port Talbot fished a 48 hour session on the old cabin landing 3 fish, two were over the 20lb mark and the session was topped off by this stunning 39lb 8oz mirror.

Well done Ziggy.
