After arriving at White Springs I had no choice but too settle down on the Island swim due to the Speci Lake being pretty full with the school being on half term. Around an hour after casting out one of my alarms broke into life! at first the fish came to the surface because i use korda saftey lead clips,doing wat they do and eject the leads on the take!! The fish came straight in but after it seen the net it was off again,15mins later my mate sliped the net under this stunner of a fish known as "Billy the Bear" and my first ever 30+ Mirror came in at a stunning 34lb 6oz and a new PB for me! Thank you Springs. fish caught 29.10.09
